- Memorial Day — May 27-29, 8 am - 4 pm
- June Weekend Market — June 14-15, 8 am - 4 pm
- Independence Day — July 2-4, 8 am - 4 pm
- August Weekend Market — August 2-3, 8 am - 4 pm
- Labor Day — September 2-4; 8 am - 4 pm
Rates are for outdoor spaces, approximately 25' frontage x 20' deep. Includes 1 standard (20 amp / 110 volt) outlet. Rate does not include storage fees, parking fees (for vehicles not parked on rented market space), building or tent rental fees.
It is requested that vendors park in designated vendor parking areas surrounding the Market during shopping hours if their vehicle is not parked on the rented space. Vendors are required to have a season parking pass available for purchase in the Flea Market office. We also have a 165 site Park complete with full service amenities (electric, water, sewer, Wi-Fi).
The flea market stays open, rain or shine! Many vendors opt to rent our permanent buildings or big top tents, or at least have canopy tents to set up in so shoppers can make purchases while under cover.

Shipshewana Farmhouse on Farver
Come relax in the heart of Shipshewana's Amish country in this 100% newly rennovated home! With large living spaces, large bedrooms, and bathrooms, there is room for everyone to come along and enjoy. Comfortably sleeps 12 people. Directly across the street from the Michiana Event Center and located on site of the Shipshewana Flea Market (seasonal) and the Lights of Joy (seasonal).
The space
Two primary bedrooms with walk-in closets. Washer and dryer. Two living rooms, one on the main level and one on the second floor.
Perfect for large families, family reunions, an escape with friends, small groups and more!
*All guests will be given coupons to enjoy a free hot breakfast each morning at the Farmstead Inn & Conference Center, as well as enjoying access to the hotel's pool, fitness room and other amenities during your stay!
