Shipshewana will become home to more than two million LED Christmas lights displayed in a mile-long symphony of various light scenes this holiday season. Shipshewana’s Gift of Lights, a new drive-through light display experience, will begin its inaugural season November 3 and run through December 30.

The annual Shipshewana Antique Festival will be August 5th from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Farmstead Expo Barn in Shipshewana, Indiana. This anticipated event will feature an outdoor pavilion full of antique dealers, the Shipshewana Steam & Gas Show, an Antique Phone Show and a Swap Meet.

Hundreds of vendors, foodies, makers, small-business owners and farmers will gather as the Shipshewana Flea Market kicks off the 2017 season on Tuesday, May 2. The Midwest’s largest flea market — along with Shipshewana’s weekly auctions — has been drawing thousands of visitors for 95 years, becoming a do-not-miss Hoosier tradition. Shoppers can look forward to nearly 900 open-air booths with home decorations, clothing, handmade items, accessories, garden supplies and more. There is also a farmer’s market aisle with fresh produce and plants.
