Shipshewana Trading Place / Shipshewana Auction Inc. is a family-owned organization and destination whose mission is to bring buyers and sellers together in order to promote an enjoyable visit to Shipshewana, Indiana.
We got our start in 1922 when six pigs, seven cows and several head of young cattle were sold at the home of George Curtis during the very first livestock auction. Now, we are home to eight diverse businesses and a host of numerous special events.
