Shipshewana, IN - Prospective Shipshewana Flea Market vendors are now invited to submit their 2024 Vendor Applications for the upcoming Shipshewana Flea Market selling season.
Vendors love the Shipshewana Flea Market, a huge outdoor, seasonal Flea Market open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from May through September because it attracts thousands of shoppers from all over the Midwest and beyond every week.

Shipshewana Flea Market Vendor Highlights
When: The flea market opens for the 2024 season on April 30 (Thank you Leap Year), and will run every Tuesday and Wednesday through September. We also have extended markets for Memorial Day (May 27-29), Independence Day (Jul 2-4), and Labor Day (Sep 2-4). The flea market is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on all market days. Vendor set up is on Mondays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., or on market days beginning at 6 a.m. For extended markets, early set up will be on Sunday beginning at 3 p.m.

Outdoor – ($163.00-$198.00/month) Deposit Due = $90.00 - Approx. 25’ frontage x 20’ deep.
Permanent Building – ($713.00/month) Deposit Due = $162.00 - Approx. 24’ frontage x 16’ deep w/4’ overhang; Two (2) 7’ x 10’ garage doors; Minimum 8’ sidewalls; Multiple vendors under one roof/shared space.
Skid Building – ($713.00/month) Deposit Due = $162.00 - Approx. 24’ frontage x 16’ deep w/4’ overhang; Two (2) 7’ x 10’ garage doors; Raised wood floor w/8’ sidewalls; Individual portable structure on a 25’ x 20’ space.
Large Porch Building – ($515.00/month) Deposit Due = $117.00 - Approx. 20’ frontage x 8’ deep enclosed w/4’ covered porch; One (1) 7’ x 10’ garage door; Raised wood floor; Individual portable structure on a 25’ x 20’ space.
Small Porch Building – ($374.00/month) Deposit Due = $95.00 - Approx. 10’ frontage x 8’ deep enclosed w/4’ covered porch; Raised wood floor; Individual portable structure on a 25’ x 20’ space.
Big Top Tent – (varies; see example below) Deposit Due = $90.00 + tent deposit - Fully enclosed w/sidewall curtains; Variety of sizes; flexible contract lengths; No tear down from week to week.
Contact office for availability: Buildings-24’x 16’, 20’x 8’, & 10’x 8’ (Big Tops- See “Big Top Tent” section below.) - Weekly/Daily Space: $55.00 per week/$35.00 per day. Must be paid in advance and is based on availability for week/day requested.
- No Show Space: $55.00 per week/$35.00 per day (first come first serve).
*Additional extended market dates (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Weekends) are $20 per space per day in addition to the monthly rate. (Holiday & weekend market dates are extra & required for full-season vendors and for vendors reserving space for extended dates in advance.)
Inclusions: Spaces are approximately 25’frontage x 20’ deep and include 1 standard (20 amp/110 volt) outlet. 30 AMP service is available for additional $4.00/wk. All fees are to be paid in cash unless personal check is approved by the management in advance. The Flea Market also accepts Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Credit card payments over the phone or setup to be taken automatically will be charged a $5.00 fee per transaction.
Advertising: Our marketing team executes a marketing plan annually, using a variety of media (print, radio, digital, television & social) to advertise the flea market, but we need your help! The application asks for your social media handles so that we can grab some photos of your work to post on our accounts. Full-season permanent vendors also have the opportunity for free listings in our print and web directories. More advertising options are available for an additional nominal cost. To take advantage of both the FREE advertising and paid advertising opportunities, fill out and return the 2024 Shipshewana Flea Market Vendor Advertising Form by March 1, 2024 along with your application.
