The Shipshewana Antique & Misc. Auction takes place EVERY Wednesday, year-round and so many amazing items are in the barn each week. We were lucky enough to find this old dough bowl which was the perfect vessel for some beautiful home decor. See how we used one bowl in several different ways.
1) Summer Floral
We filled the dough bowl with a variety of summer silk flowers, some greenery for texture and a candle in the center (which will remail the focal point for all 3 versions). Consider adding some fresh flowers which you can find inside the Farmer's Market on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from May through September. This summer centerpiece will be the perfect piece for your home or table while entertaining.
2) Fall Is In The Air
We shopped the Flea Market Vendors and found all kinds of Fall items (pumpkins, pinecones and plaid) to make this beautiful arrangement perfect for any Harvest themed celebration. This look can come out early Fall and even remain on your holiday table through Thanksgiving.
3) It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas
Adding some bells, and snow capped items, including some snowmen turned our bowl into a beautiful winter piece that can live past Christmas nearly up to spring. Let it snow, let is snow, let it snow!!!
