Shipshewana Flea Market
The Shipshewana Flea Market is the Midwest’s largest outdoor flea market, featuring nearly 700 vendors selling everything from antiques and handmade goods to fresh produce and home décor. With food courts, onsite parking, and a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere, it’s a must-visit destination for bargain hunters and treasure seekers alike.
The Shipshewana Flea Market is open every Tuesday & Wednesday (May – September) from 8am – 4pm.
Shipshewana Antique Auction
The Shipshewana Antique & Miscellaneous Auction is a year-round weekly event held every Wednesday at 9:00 AM in Shipshewana, Indiana, featuring six to ten auctioneers simultaneously selling a vast array of items. Shoppers can explore a dynamic selection that includes antiques, vintage furniture, collectibles, glassware, tools, primitives, and architectural salvage, with new treasures arriving each week from sellers nationwide.
The Shipshewana Antique Auction takes place every Wedensday, year-round, at 9am.
Shipshewana Livestock Auction
The Shipshewana Livestock Auction is a weekly, year-round event held every Wednesday in Shipshewana, Indiana, attracting farmers and buyers from across the Midwest. The auction features a full day of sales including hay, feeder pigs, dairy cattle, veal calves, sheep, goats, and butcher cattle. Whether you’re a seasoned livestock trader or a first-time visitor, the auction offers a lively and authentic agricultural marketplace experience.
The Shipshewana Livestock Auction takes place every Wednesday, year-round, beginning at 10am.
Shipshewana Horse Auction
The Shipshewana Horse Auction is held every Friday year-round, attracting buyers and sellers from across the country for a lively marketplace of saddle horses, ponies, work horses, driving horses, and tack. Special events like the Good Friday and Day After Thanksgiving Horse Sales feature up to 300 horses and additional vendors, making them standout experiences for equine enthusiasts.
The Shipshewana Horse Auction takes place every Friday, year-round, beginning at 10:30am with tack, and horses at 12:30pm.
Shipshewana Swap Meets
The Shipshewana Swap Meets are outdoor, open-air marketplaces held on select Saturdays from April through October on the Flea Market grounds. Shoppers can explore a diverse array of items including poultry, small animals, pets, produce, baked goods, antiques, flowers, trees, shrubs, and various food offerings, primarily from local vendors who typically accept cash only.
The Shipshewana Swap Meets take place on select Saturdays from April through October. Open Daylight – 1pm.
Ship-Chic Craft Show
The Ship-Chic Craft Show is a curated indoor market held three times a year inside the Shipshewana Antique & Misc. Auction Building. Shoppers can explore a diverse selection of handmade crafts, home décor, clothing, jewelry, baked goods, and more from vendors across the Midwest. Admission is $5 per person (free for kids 14 and under), with free parking and food available for purchase onsite.
